Social Awareness

Social Awareness continues to be a priority in Sion Hill. Since September we have raised €2,876 which has been donated to six worthy causes in the Developing World. €1,000 was donated to cure river blindness in West Africa through Sightsavers, €800 to the Red Cross in aid of Typhoon victims in The Philippines, €500 to Bóthar to buy water buffalo and a breeding sow, €200 to Plan International to promote the Because I Am a Girl campaign, €100 to an orphanage in Kathmandu and €200 to Aidlink to help promote World Water Day.
