Students from 4th, 5th and 6th year participated in the News Academy Dublin Conference on Tuesday the 25th November. The journalism and media seminar was addressed by the Tanaiste, Joan Burton and a variety of high profile journalists and editors.

Nour Ghantous, Hannah Mc Nicholas-Roche and Aisli Moran were semi-finalists in Poetry Aloud held in The National Library. They were part of the final 148 participants from an entry of 1778 students in this all Ireland competition.
